The University of Ghana maiden edition of the soccer league, started on Wednesday 5th October 2011 at the University of Ghana, Legon. The soccer league, a new innovation from the Sports Directorate aimed at involving all the Halls on the University of Ghana campus and to encourage students participation in sports.
