Mission
BILD aims at improving cross cultural awareness, inclusion, safety,
creativity, leadership skills, teamwork, effective communication and
above all confidence to bring up good leaders and citizens in our
schools, communities and the country as a whole.
Description
The
Beckwith International Leadership Development (BILD) programme was
established in 2008 to provide resources and build relationships that
enable countries to develop sustainable national centres for leadership
development (NCLD), which use sports to touch the lives of young people
and adults. The programme is embedded in Tanzania and has now moved to
Ghana since 2009.
