RUGBY: MENSAH SARBAH HALL TOPS THE TABLE

 Beautiful morning on the University of Ghana campus could only be crowned with the sensational game of rugby. Players came into the second round of matches with a lot of anticipation and tension. This round was the determiner of the competition for most teams and a win or loss would seal their fate. All teams displayed excellent performances and tactical discipline including the least experienced side Commonwealth Hall. The Commonwealth team upped their game and was rewarded with a try which was the only point they scored in their match against the Akuafo team.  

The Mensah Sarbah hall versus Legon hall match was the finale of the whole competition. The first half ended goalless though each team put in great team work, superb runs and solid tackles.Mensah Sarbah hall answered Legon hall’s first try with two of their own before converting a kick to win the match. The competition ended with Mensah Sarbah being crowned winners after they accumulated the most points.
