First Ghana Lead Trainers Training

The Beckwith International Leadership Development [BILD] Training Programme has witnessed the first Lead Trainers training in Ghana. This training was organised for thirteen Local Tutors who had developed great facilitating skills in Ghana. The training took five days to complete and covered a range of topics including high-order facilitating skills and learning methods. International Trainers Viv Holt and Anna Young from the United Kingdom facilitated the training programme for the Local Tutors. Mr. Wolanyo Agra, the Chief Executive Officer of the Sports Council was present at the training and he expressed his joy at the work BILD/II was going to achieve in the country through the Lead Trainers. Local Tutors were selected from BILD and Interrnational Inspirations Schools in the country . The following are now BILD Ghana Lead Trainers:
