BILD Ghana Training Programme

The Beckwith International Leadership Development (BILD) programme was established in 2009 to provide resources and build relationships that enable countries to develop sustainable national centres for leadership development (NCLD), which use sports to touch the lives of young people and adults. The programme is embedded in Tanzania and has now moved to Ghana. BILD aims at improving cross cultural awareness, inclusion, safety, creativity, leadership skills, teamwork, effective communication and above all confidence to bring up good leaders and citizens in our schools, communities and the country as a whole.
The third BILD Local Tutors training programme has taken off at the University of Ghana, Accra, and at the University for Development Studies, Tamale. Viv Holt and Anna Young are the trainers for this programme which is running for ten days.
