DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAMME [BILD]
Beckwith
International Leadership Development Training programme [BILD] was established
in 2009 to provide resources and build relationships that enable countries to
develop sustainable National Centres for Leadership Development, which use
sports to touch the lives of young people. All final year students who are
interested in National Service placement at the Sports Directorate should send
their names to the Sports Directorate for Young Leaders training. All level
100, 200 and 300 students who are interested in the Beckwith International
Leadership Development training programme [BILD] should please come by the
Sports Directorate to register. Non-sportsmen and women in levels 100 and 200
are also welcome to register their names. Registration has begun and ends on
Monday 5th march, 2012.

Leadership development training
the training ended on the 12th March 2012 and for the first time the young leaders were faced with a massive challenge of having to organize more than 400 young children. They came out very happy as they were able to achieve the goals of BILD and the festival did put smiles on the faces of the young children!!!!!!!!!!
