RESULTS FROM 2011 RUGBY COMPETITION

The gentleman’s game started with the former champions, Akuafo Hall, playing against Legon Hall. The competition’s favourite, Akuafo Hall, played against a small but experienced Legon Hall side. The game had a different look from the previous matches in that, the international students added a different touch to the game with their well calculated moves and passes. Unfortunately for Akuafo Hall they had only one of such players against four from Legon Hall, which led to their defeat. Akuafo also managed a draw with the Sarbah Hall in the second match. Sarbah hall beat the gentlemen from City in their first match. The Vandals were again beaten by Legon Hall in their second appearance. Rugby is the place for strong, smart and athletes’ quick on their feet. Watch out for the big matches tomorrow 6:30am at the Athletics oval.
